Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Once confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

In these cases, we cover return shipping. We will either:

  • Provide a prepaid return label, or
  • Reimburse your return shipping cost after proof of postage

Standard Returns
For non-faulty returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
